In the morning a refreshing dip in the sea, with the beach bike on the beach and through the dunes to Wijk aan Zee or Callantsoog, paragliding above the dune tops, kiting at wind force 8, foiling at wind force 4, long beach walks or rolling out the yoga mat on the sand. Those are the things we love.
